Contact Us
This page explains how to get in touch with Betting Not On Gamstop, what we can and can't help with, and where to go if your question is really about a bookmaker, a payout or your own gambling. We are an independent information site. We are not a bookmaker, and we can't see or change anything in your betting accounts.
Details on this page were last checked on 1 October 2026.
What we can help with
Writing to us is useful if you want to:
- Report a factual error, such as an out-of-date bonus condition, payment method or licence detail on one of our reviews.
- Ask how we assess bookmakers, or where a statement on the site comes from.
- Flag a broken link or a page that doesn't display properly on your phone.
- Tell us about your own experience with a bookmaker we cover, including slow or disputed withdrawals.
- Ask a general question about terms such as wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds or identity checks.
We read feedback, but we can't promise an individual reply to every message or a set response time.
What we can't do
We have no relationship with your account, so we can't:
- Release, speed up or reverse a withdrawal.
- Reopen a closed account or settle a bet dispute.
- Remove you from GAMSTOP or shorten a GAMSTOP exclusion period.
- Give personal betting tips or tell you which bet to place.
Please don't send passport scans, card numbers, passwords or other sensitive documents to us. We will never need them.
Sending a useful message
A short, specific message gets the best result. Follow these steps:
- Name the page or review you are writing about.
- Say exactly what is wrong or what you want to know.
- Give the date you saw it and, if relevant, the bookmaker's terms wording you are comparing it with.
- Include a screenshot where it helps, with personal details hidden.
- Tell us if you want a reply and how to reach you.
Problems with a bookmaker: go to them first
If you have a dispute with a betting site, our contact form is not the right route. Start with the operator itself:
- Use live chat or email support and keep a copy of the conversation.
- If the issue isn't resolved, find the operator's formal complaints procedure in its terms and submit a written complaint with dates, amounts and bet or transaction references.
- Check which regulator or dispute service the operator names. Sites licensed overseas are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, so UK complaint routes and protections may not apply to them.
Delays often come from identity verification or source-of-funds checks, so make sure your documents are clear and match the name on your account. Our guides on payments and withdrawals, and the Terms and Conditions of this site, explain more about how we handle information.
If gambling is causing you harm
If betting is affecting your finances, relationships or mood, please speak to someone independent of us and of any bookmaker. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline and live chat in Great Britain. Check GamCare's website for current opening details. You can also use GAMSTOP, deposit and loss limits, and gambling-blocking software to protect yourself. Our Responsible Gambling page sets out these tools and their limits. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve money problems.
Remember that sites not on GAMSTOP are not covered by the GAMSTOP scheme. If you have self-excluded, think carefully before using them.
About our independence
The publisher may earn a commission if you sign up with some of the bookmakers we list. Commission doesn't buy position, and contacting us won't change how we rate anyone. You can read how we work on the About Us page, or see our wider coverage in the non GamStop casinos guide.
Who should write to us
Our content is for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please don't use betting sites or contact us about them.
If you can't find your answer here, send us a message with the details above and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
